• Move-in and move-out cleaning
• Deep cleaning and Airbnb/short-term rental cleaning
• Residential property management
• Short-term rental and Airbnb management
• Tenant and lease management
• Maintenance and property oversight

Service Bookings and Quotes

All service requests and quotes are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Quotes provided are estimates and final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found at the property.

By booking a service, you confirm that you have the authority to grant us access to the property and that all information provided is accurate.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers. For recurring services, payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price. No-shows will be charged the full quoted amount.

Access to Property

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property, a trip charge may apply. We require clear pathways and safe working conditions for our staff.

Liability and Insurance

Pristine Property Partners maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our services. However, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or conditions
• Items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to service
• Damage caused by faulty fixtures, surfaces, or materials
• Consequential or indirect damages

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning services, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pristine Property Partners Ltd. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Website Use
